ML4NGP CONNECT
ML4NGP CONNECT is a collaborative platform designed to share cutting-edge expertise at the crossroads of machine learning and non-globular proteins. Through webinars, virtual training, and hands-on sessions, it fosters knowledge exchange, supports the capacity building of young researchers, and strengthens our scientific community. Beyond training, ML4NGP Connect also serves as a hub for promoting joint initiatives and highlighting the participation of our members in external events, amplifying the impact of our Action and advancing the field together.
WEBINARS
As part of the ongoing activities within the ELIXIR 3D-BioInfo Community, we are pleased to announce the first webinar of the ML4NGP Connect series. This event will feature two inspiring talks from world-leading researchers in the field of Intrinsically Disordered Proteins: Prof Michele Vendruscolo and Dr Zsuzsanna Dosztányi. Both speakers are members of the ML4NGP COST Action, which is proud to support this joint initiative.
The webinar is also the result of a collaboration with ISCB and 3DSIG, reflecting our shared commitment to advancing research at the intersection of machine learning, structural bioinformatics, and protein science.
